The client wanted cushions to help make their dining table chairs more comfortable. With an open plan dining room-lounge the client wanted the neutral dining room to tie in with the slightly more colourful and lounge area. Together we decided on a blue fabric with a highly patterned, Indian-style pattern to bring a hint of colour to the dining area. The cushions tie on to the chairs so that they can be easily removed to be cleaned and are zip-free so that the gorgeous hard wood of the clients chairs will not get scratched. Matching cushions were also made for the lounge so that there is continuity throughout the room.
